Name(Required)

GE manufactured the IC3600AOAA1A as an Amplifier Control Card for the Mark I/Mark II series. The first of several Speedtronic series, the MKI was introduced in the late 1960s. The MKII followed in 1973. Both systems have since been used in nearly every world continent in temperatures ranging from -50 degrees Celsius to +50 degrees Celsius. Both systems are designed to accomplish five basic things:Control the turbine power output Keep maximum output to within the capability of the unit Sequence the parameters of the turbine control system and its auxiliaries during startup provide protection during emergency shutdown if a non-recoverable system failure occurs monitor and annunciate malfunctions within the system. TheIC3600AOAA1A is built with two corners drilled out. It is marked with its identifying board number, with the GE trademark, and with the code 002/02. One edge is numbered by tens from ten to forty. This edge has twenty-five metal pins inserted into it. Together, these pins act as a backplane which connects the card by wiring into the larger system. TheIC3600AOAA1A has two trim potentiometers and five transistors. There are three different types of transistors used in the board. Heat sinks are fitted around two transistors. TheIC3600AOAA1A uses both metal film and carbon composite resistors. Capacitors in the board are made of several types of materials but include ceramic and polyester vinyl. Many components are mounted in a vertical position. Our warehouse will ship theIC3600AOAA1A in a static-reducing, protective covering. All technical support for the IC3600AOAA1A, including publications like datasheets and manuals, was provided by GE.
