IS200ECTBG1A Exciter Contact Terminal Board Design

The IS200ECTBG1A developed by General Electric is an Exciter Contact Terminal Board designed as a component for the Mark VI series from GE. The Mark VI is part of the Speedtronic line of gas/steam turbine management systems. The Mark VI is built with Ethernet-based LAN with peer-to-peer communication between controls, starters, HMIs, and historians and has an operating temperature of 0 to 45 degrees Celsius. This board was designed to be used within redundant systems only and are typically used in simplex systems.

IS200ECTBG1A Features

It features four general-purpose Form-C relay contact outputs that are controlled by the EMIO board in addition to six Auxiliary contact inputs that are powered with 70 VDC. Power comes from the M1 and M2 power supplies. This board is also populated with two terminal board strips and a total of ten relays. There are two three-position female plugs as well as three multi-pin male connectors and the board has sixteen integrated circuits, seven red light emitting diodes, various capacitors, resistors and diodes. For mounting the board has two notched corners and several factory-made drill holes and cutouts along its leading edge. Most components are marked with reference designators for easy identification and placement.
