IS200EXAMG1A  Exciter Attenuation Module

The IS200EXAMG1A Exciter Attenuation Module, part of the renowned Mark VI series by General Electric, plays a pivotal role in the EX2100 Excitation Control system. 

This module is designed to provide essential ground detection capabilities for the EX2100 Excitation Control, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of gas and steam turbine systems.

Housed within the High Voltage Interface (HVI) module, the IS200EXAMG1A attenuates the field bus and the Exciter Ground Detector Module (EGDM) signals by sensing high voltage from the bridge and scaling it to a usable level. It works in conjunction with the Exciter Ground Detector Module IS200EGDM, enhancing the overall functionality of the excitation control system.

The Exciter Power Backplane IS200EPBP facilitates seamless connectivity between the IS200EXAMG1A and EGDM(s), with a single 9-pin cable linking them. 

This module is suitable for both simplex and triple modular redundant (TMR) applications, providing versatility in turbine control setups.
