Description

The 531X305NTPG1 card is a NTB/3TB terminal board. Originally developed for the 531X series of replacement drive boards, they are designed and compatible for installation with several drives across the GE brand. After installation, this card provides access to many interfacing tools unavailable in the drive. Applications include serial and relay outputs, low level analog I/O, encoders and power supplies. After installing the NTB/3TB terminal board the host drive can draw from regulated supplies rated at 5 VDC and 15 VDC or from unregulated supplies rated at 24 VDC or 120 VAC. All integrated relays include contacts rated at 120 VAC. The card also contains four potentiometers that allow for scaling of low level analog I/O. Manufacturer provided installation and storage parameters for both the board and drive should be reviewed and followed. These instructions will ensure that the system as a whole operates properly.
