Description

The DS215UCVEH2A EX2000 Ground Detector and Oscillator is a part of General Electrics Mark VI series of Speedtronic turbine system controllers and has an Intel Celeron 300 MHz Microprocessor and a QNX operating system. It has 32Mb of DRAM, 16MB of compact flash memory, 128 KB L2 cache and a battery back-up SRAM. This controller can also support Profibus. It is designed with many features including three status LEDs that will glow when it detects a VME bus system failure, flash activity or power going to the controller. The board is also populated with a VGA port that is used as a GE monitor port, two miniature 9-pin RS-232C ports with one port being used for serial communication and the other used to setup the controller.
